If you do have a login, but it doesn't seem to work:

(1) Make sure the caps lock key on your keyboard is not on! Passwords are case sensative.
(2) Try cutting-and-pasting your password from your login-info email into the webform, rather than typing it in. In most cases this will solve the problem. This is because passwords sometimes contain one or more ambiguous characters -- such as "l" (small L) and "1" (numeral one) or "0" (numeral zero) and "O" (large "o") -- which are easy to misunderstand and type incorrectly into the form.
